The usahockeymagazine.com September Power Rankings takes a look at the USHL ahead of the Dick's Sporting Goods Fall Classic and the 2018-19 regular season. Media members from around the USHL rank the teams 1st to 17th, and the votes are compiled into overall rankings. Power Rankings are determined on a monthly basis and run through the end of the regular season. Listed below are the teams, their record and number of first place votes in parenthesis.
Headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, the USHL celebrates its 17th season as the nation's only Tier I junior hockey league in 2018-19. The USHL had a record 45 players selected at the 2018 NHL Draft, more than any junior league in the world, and more than 400 players on team rosters last season committed to NCAA Division I schools, further establishing the USHL as the world’s foremost producer of junior hockey talent.
